Complete the Application Form with all required details and hand it over to the Registrar as soon as possible

03. Meet the Registrar
Parents can meet the Admission Secretary / Registrar between 8.00 am -12 00 noon

05. Face the Entrance Examination
An Entrance Examination will be held in the school premises, by appointment
06. Submit student’s relevant certificates and record books
If the application is approved and the student is successful in the Entrance Examination, birth certificate, former school leaving certificate, character certificate and parents’ bank statements would be requested, prior to payments being made
07. Payment of Fees
Required fees, including refundable and non-refundable deposits are to be paid to the HNB bank mentioned on the payment invoice
08. All bank receipts should be submitted to the Bursar

09. Collect code of Discipline for students, Book List and Uniform details
Collect code of Discipline for students, book list and uniform details once payment has been received and a receipt issued by the bursar
Payment of school fees is to be made on or before the first day of every academic term in the school year. The sum is to be settled at any branch of Hatton National Bank (HNB). All imbursements are to be settled to account holder: M. D. Gunasena Educare (Private) Limited, in cash only at the counters, where proof of payment would be issued by the bank. The receipt must be presented to the school bursar for right of entry of the student, at the commencement of every academic term. Please note that methods of payment through Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and credit cards would be excluded.
The decisive factor for admissions is academic performance based on the School’s assessment as to whether the prospective candidate is suitable for the academic programme. Parental commitment to the School and its ethos is an important factor when an offer of a place is made.
